How can I place an order?

You can order directly through our website or WhatsApp. Phone orders are also welcome – simply message us and we’ll assist you

Can I pick up my order instead of having it delivered?

Yes! You can pick up your order from our Al Quoz facility at no extra cost (no minimum order required).

What is the minimum order for free delivery?
  • Dubai – AED 300

Orders below these amounts are subject to delivery fees (see Delivery section)

How do first-time discounts or loyalty points work?

We offer a 10% discount on your first order. After that, you can earn points with every purchase, which are redeemable on future orders. Promo codes may not apply to already discounted or sale items.

Payment & Pricing

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards – Visa, Mastercard, AMEX – transacted securely in AED. Cash on delivery may be available up to a certain order value; otherwise, we encourage online payment

Are all prices in AED?

Yes, all prices shown are in UAE Dirhams (AED).

Delivery & Shipping

Which areas do you deliver to?

We deliver across Dubai

When will I receive my order?
  • Dubai:
    • Order before 2 PM → Same‑day delivery (standard slot).
    • After 2 PM → Next‑day delivery.
    • Express (“bullet”) delivery in 1–2 hours available for select items between 10 AM–5 PM.
What if I’m not home?

Due to Dubai’s heat, we cannot leave packages unattended. If no one is available, our courier will contact you to reschedule.

What’s your packaging like?

All meats are chilled, vacuum-sealed, and shipped in insulated boxes with dry ice or gel packs to maintain freshness

Do you deliver on weekends or public holidays?

We offer Sunday delivery in Dubai (order by Saturday 2:30 PM). Deliveries on official UAE public holidays may vary – refer to notices during Ramadan, Eid, or National Day

Product Sourcing & Quality

Where does your meat come from?

We source premium halal meat from trusted international producers across Australia, New Zealand and Syria.

Is your meat halal-certified?

Yes, all our meats are 100% halal in compliance with UAE laws. You can request halal certification details when needed

Is the meat fresh or frozen?

Except for items labeled “frozen”, all meats are chilled and never frozen

How long can I keep the meat, and can I freeze it?
  • Keep refrigerated at ≤ 5 °C.
  • Steaks: consume within 5 days; mince: within 3 days.
  • You may freeze items (–18 °C) before they expire.
Are the meats free-range, hormone-free, or organic?

Our meats come from reputable suppliers; we use meats ethically raised with no added hormones or antibiotics

Do you vacuum-seal the meat?

Yes – our meat is vacuum-sealed as standard, extending shelf life and freshness

Custom Orders & Add‑Ons

Can you prepare special cuts or larger portions?

Absolutely. Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone to request slab cuts, thickness adjustments, or specific trims. Please allow 1–2 days to fulfil custom orders.

Can you marinate or season the meat?

Yes – we provide marination services at an additional cost. Contact us with your preferences

Are there gluten-free options or other dietary requests?

We offer simple rubs and marinades; please get in touch for allergen details.
